In relation to what is happening around the world with the reopening of masājid in some countries and the imposition of distancing between the worshippers during the Ṣalāh, a beneficial research by our Shaykh ‘Abdullāh bin Lamḥ al-Khawlānī حفظه الله regarding the validity of performing the Ṣalāh in such a manner.
In the light of recent instructions put out by several nations with regards to closure of Masājid due to pandemic outbreak of Covid-19 and advise to offer the obligatory prayers at home, Shaykh Abū Muhammad ‘Abdul Hamīd al-Zu’kurī al-Ḥajūrī حفظه الله posted the following clarification
